Pu Tien Ma Zu Xing Hua Vermicelli 莆田妈祖兴化幼米粉 750g

Cooking Method:

  1. Soak for the vermicelli around 5-10mins (depend on the texture you preference).
  2. After saute the onions with oil in a hot pan, add shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded pork, oysters, shrimps, and other ingredients to stir-fry until cooked.
  3. Add appropriate amount of broth and boil to adjust the taste and saltiness. , After the liquid sauce almost evaporation, stir fry a few times and its ready to serve.
