You have  calendar days to raise your concern on the products upon receiving them via Whatsapp (012 774 7668). Our customer service will further assist you. Any refund requests after this will not be accepted.
You have  calendar days to return an item (in it's original packaging and in good edible, packaging condition) from the date you received it. As most of our items are temperature sensitive, we do not accept any returns beyond  calendar days upon receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please return the items to the following address:

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your member account. Member account refunds will be reflected immediately upon approval, customer will receive a confirmation email for this.
Credit card and online banking refunds will be determined case by case. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
