Wild Bamboo Fungus 野生竹笙

It contains essential amino acids and multiple vitamins, hence it is one of the the most medically valued food. After a rehydration and rinse, this mushroom can be used to add a subtle texture to any dish it's cooked in. The tissues soak up liquids in a way that make them act like sponges.

Cooking Method:

  1. Wash under running water.
  2. Soak for about 15 minutes or until soften.
  3. Remove the stems at the bottom.

Suitable for stir fry, braise or soup.

Product Storage & Expiry: Store in room temperature, dry environment & avoid direct sunlight. Keep in refrigerate after opened.
