It is produced by high-quality soybeans through a series of processes including dunking the soybeans, grinding, filtering, adding halogen, pre-fermentation, pickling, post-fermentation.

White spots appearing in fermented bean curd products Not Mould. They are formed due to protein decomposition phenomenon.
