It also commemorates how the founder of Thean Heong started selling soy sauce from house to house on his bicycle in 1957 by scooped soy sauce with a wooden spoon, to satisfy the taste buds of customers. This soy sauce has a rich soybean aroma and a fresher authentic sweet taste, which comes from selected Non-GMO high-quality soybeans and natural koji yeast. It is brewed within three years of day and night dew exposure and static fermentation. It contains no additives, no caramel coloring and inherited for three generations which are blended with the blessings of nature and the passage of time.
