Bean vermicelli is food product characterized by its transparent long thin threads. It is produced from Mung bean, which gives it a special quality of springiness that cannot be found from any other noodle products. The characteristics of its use are similar to the use for noodle soup. But for Thailand, it is yet popular for use as ingredient for other foods such as for salads, soup, steamed, and fried dishes.
