Serve 4-5 persons
Ingredients: dried conch meat, snow fungus, honey dates, dried tea tree mushroom, and contains soy products.
Cooking Method:
- Rinse all the ingredients well. Place the ingredients into the pot and boil woth low heat.
- This soup takes about 3 hours to boil or use a pressure cooker and have them ready in 1 hour. And its ready to serve.
TIPS: the dried conch meat will tastes like abalone if you cook them for a long period of time.
Product Storage & Expiry: Keep refrigerated. Shelf life 1-2 months.
