Ingredients: Licorice Root, Salted Mint, Radix ophiopogonis, Indian Trumetflower seed, Terminalia Fruit, Dark Plum Salted Plum
Cooking Method:
- Rinse the ingredients thorouhly then place them in a pot, add water ensuring it is 2-3 cm above the ingredients.
- Boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 15minutes consume warm.
TIPS: can add in chrysanthemum
