Serve 4-5 persons
Ingredients: dried pear, lily bulb, and dried fig
Cooking Method:
- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and soak them for a few minutes.
- Remove the water. Cut 3 apples into halves and place them in your pot together with the dry ingredients.
- Add in 500ml water and boil them on medium heat for 1.5 hours, add in salt for taste before serving.
TIPS: add apples for a pinch of sweetness.
