Serve 4-5 persons
Ingredients: fish maw, sweet bitter almond, solomon's seal, and gojiberry
Cooking Method:
- Soak the dried ingredients for about 10-15 minutes and rinse them off. Meanwhile, place the chicken/pork meat into another pot and boil them for about 10 minutes and remove the water.
- Bring a new pot of water to boil and place the chicken/pork together with the dried ingredients into the pot.
- Simmer about 90 minutes and your soup will be ready to serve.
TIPS: recommended to add ginger or spring onion.
