Cordycep flower is a type of fungus that is commonly used in oriental dishes due to its nutritional properties. They are similar to other Chinese mushrooms, that can be steamed, fried, or braised. Slight woody scent. They are suitable to be used in any herbal soup / braised dishes / steamed with meat.
Preparation: Rinse it under running water and soak it for approximately 10 minutes.
