Brew Method:
- Rinse 3g premium chinese angelica slices, 3g wild astragalus slices (huang qi), 5pcs seedless red dates.
- Add in 600ml water and all the herbs ingredient into a pot, boiling with hight heat 10mins. And is ready to serve.
- Or prepare a thermos bottle, add in herbs ingredient and hot water, steep in 20mins and is ready to serve.
