Monk fruit sweeteners are no-calorie sweeteners that can be used to lower one's intake of added sugars, while still providing satisfaction to enjoy the taste of something sweet. It is also available as a sweetener, which people can use as a sugar alternative in many foods and drinks, including: tea, coffee, lemonade, smoothies, and fruit juice.
TIPS: You can boil them with apricot kernels (bitter sweet almond) and dried figs or use less monk fruit if you prefer to be less sweet.
