Slow Cooking Method:
Soak 1-2 pieces of Golden Birdnest in a bowl of clean water for 2 to 3 hours, Boiled 2 bowls of water (300ml) and pour into the slow cooker, Add-in small portions of red date or rock sugar and cook with ‘High Setting’ and simmer for half an hour.
Product Srorage & Expiry: Store in room temperature, dry environment & avoid direct sunlight.
Notes: Proportion of herbs and water can be adjusted according to own preference.
