korean fried chicken is double deep fried chicken that is coated with sticky, spicy and sweet sauce. In my opinion, the taste and the sensation is almost magical! It’s super delicious and addictive!
Cooking Method:
- 800g-1kg chicken wings cut into two pieces, mix well with a bit of salt and egg.
- combine and mix well 300g flour and 300g corn starch, coated the chicken wing with flour.
- deep fry chicken wing in hot oil until golden brown, dish and drain.
- heat up massos korean fried chicken sauce put in fried chicken mix and stir well until sauce is thicken, dish up and serve.
