COOKING METHOD:
Steam 800gram fish in 10minutes, then pour out the water from the plate. after that pour 1 packet of masfood preserved radish paste on the fish, cover the pot and steam the fish for 3minutes.enjoy it when hot. ( this cooking method is also suitable for steaming tofu).
