Cooking Method:
- 1kg Chicken meat, 2 pcs. of egg white. Add (A) marinade in chicken meat, mix well and set in the fridgeat at least 1 hour. Add egg white in chicken meat and mix well.
- Coat meat evenly with (B) Crispy Flour one by one. Heat up half a pot of oil (about 3 to 4 minutes) and deep fry chicken meats fillet until golden brown. When cooked remove and drain.
