Zhengshan Xiaozhong black tea, also known as Lishan Xiaozhong (Lapsang Souchong), is a kind of black tea produced in China and is known as the ancestor of black tea. The tea leaves are smoked with pine wood and have a very strong pine smoke aroma. Zhengshan Xiaozhong is produced in Tongmuguan, Wuyishan City, Fujian Province. The tea leaves are black and tight, but the tea soup is dark red with a unique longan soup flavor.
