After rehydrated the bamboo shoots, they may be stir fried, used in soups and stews, and as toppings for noodle dishes like Japanese ramen or Vietnamese bun mang.
Cooking Method:
- Soak dried bamboo shoots in water in room temperature for 24 hour. If your house is too warm, just leave them in the fridge.
- Rinse rehydrated bamboo shoots a few times. Place them in a big pot of water and cook for about 5-10 minutes after the water has boiled.
