Description

After rehydrated the bamboo shoots, they may be stir fried, used in soups and stews, and as toppings for noodle dishes like Japanese ramen or Vietnamese bun mang.

Cooking Method:

Soak dried bamboo shoots in water in room temperature for 24 hour. If your house is too warm, just leave them in the fridge.
Rinse rehydrated bamboo shoots a few times. Place them in a big pot of water and cook for about 5-10 minutes after the water has boiled.
