Cooking Method:

  1. Gently wash the bird's nest with clean water, then soak them with room temperature water for approximately 3 to 6 hours. Make sure the water covers the entire bird's nest when soaking.
  2. Steam the soaked bird's nest with with dried red dates, rock sugar, water (cover all the ingredients) for 30-40mins.
  3. And then is ready to serve.
