The appearance is natural in color, the particles are large and full, and the color is light yellow. White lotus seeds have a mild, sweet, and subtly bitter taste suited for fresh and cooked preparations.
Cooking Method:
- Prepare the white lotus seeds (without core), wolfberry, dried longan, and red dates, wash and set aside.
- Put it in a pot and add water, then bring to a boil over with high heat.
- After the water is boiled, turn to low heat and finally add rock sugar according to your preferred sweetness.
- Boil until gelatin texture, and is ready to serve.
