One of the snack dish you may have tried is 'fried sweet dried beancurd', which are usually fried and taste the original sweet taste from the sweet dried beancurd.
Cooking Method:
- Slice the sweet dried beancurd sheet according to your own preference size and keep aside.
- Heat up the saucepan and add some cooking oil.
- Until the oil is heated, add the sweet dried beancurd sheet that you have slice to the saucepan together.
- Stir it gentle to separate them. When is turning brown, low the heat and remove the sweet dried beancurd immediately from the saucepan.
- Keep aside to cool down and you can enjoy it.
