Serves for 4-5 person
Ingredients: honey dates, chuan bei, lily bulb, and sea coconut slice
Cooking Method:
- Soak the dried ingredients for about 10-15 minutes and rinse them off.
- Meanwhile, place the chicken / pork meat into another pot and boil them for about 10 minutes and remove the water.
- Bring a new pot of water to boil and place the chicken / pork together with the dried ingredients into the pot.
- Simmer the pot for about 90 minutes and your soup will be ready to serve.
TIPS: recommended to add in fish maw, snow fungus, peach gum.
