Cooking Method:
- Chicken: Use a package (30g) of seasoning powder for a chicken of 750g (according to taste), marinate for 15-30 minutes, put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 8 slices of ginger in rice cooker pot, add chicken in, cover the lid, then press the cook button. Turn over the chicken when first cooking time finish, then press cook button again. Make sure the chicken is fully cooked after the second cooking time, before serving.
- Shrimp: Use 5-6g of seasoning powder and 1-2 salt, for 250g shrimp (according to taste), coat the shrimp, marinate for 5 minutes, microwave in high heat for 3 minutes without covering. Make sure its piping hot throughout before serving.
