Fuo Tiao Qiang Soup Pack 香菇瑶柱竹笙汤 (佛跳墙汤包)

Serve 2-3 persons

Ingredients: shiitake mushroom, bamboo fungus, seedless red date, goji berry, solomon's seal, chinese yam slices, dried scallop, soup spices

Cooking Method:

  1. After washing the ingredients. Prepare a chicken to be blanched in another pot of water before cooking.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a soup pot and pour 1.5 liter of water. 
  3. Bring to a boil over high heat about 15-20 minutes, then reduce low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat, and season with salt according to personal taste and enjoy.

TIPS: According to personal needs, can add more mushrooms/brazil mushroom, fish maw, or snow fungus. The flavor of the soup will be more sweet and rich.

Product Storage & Expiry: Keep refrigerated. Shelf Life 1-2months.
