Serve 2-3 persons
Ingredients: polygonatum japonica, wild bamboo fungus, red dates, shiitake mushrooms, scallops, goji berry, and other herbal ingredients
- After washing the ingredients. Prepare a chicken to be blanched in another pot of water before cooking.
- Put all the ingredients into a soup pot and pour 1.5 liter of water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat about 15-20 minutes, then reduce low heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, and season with salt according to personal taste and enjoy.
TIPS: According to personal needs, can add in peach gum, xue yan, fish maw, or show fungus. The flavor of the soup will be more sweet and rich.
