Cooking Method:
1. Clean and blanch pig skin in boiling water to remove odor. Rinse with ice water to chill.
2. Cut pig skin into chunks, In a pan, use a bit of oil for frying since pig skin releases oil. Fry until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside to season.
3. Use the hot oil from frying to sauté diced garlic (or add a few onion slices according to preference), Finally, mix the sautéed garlic, salt, and black pepper into the fried pig skin for seasoning.
