Serves for 4-5person
Ingredients: Euryale seed (Qian Shi), radix dioscorea (Huai Shan), lotus seeds (Lian Zi), and poria root (Fu Ling)
Cooking Method:
- Rinsed all the ingredients. Pour to a pot to add in water and boil. After water start boiling, reduce the heat to medium low.
- Cover and simmer on low heat, and takes 1-2 hours to boil the soup.
- Add salt to taste before serving.
