Flu Relief Soup Pack 清热祛火汤包

Serve 4-5 person

Ingredients: hylocereus undatus, chinese yam slices, bamboo fungus, honey date, raw apricot seed

Cooking Method:

  1. Heat up the water, place pork rib or chicken into a wok.
  2. Fill in with water until pork rib or chicken is fully submerged.
  3. Turn on high heat. Let it blanch (5 mins).
  4. Place rinsed herbs, blanched chicken. Add salt to taste before serving.

TIPS: recommended to add in fish maw, snow fungus, peach gum.

Product Storage & Expiry: Keep refrigerated. Shelf Life: 1-2 months
