Serve 4-5 person
Ingredients: ba wang flower, dried bamboo, and honey dates
Cooking Method:
- Heat up the water, place pork rib or chicken into a wok.
- Fill in with water until pork rib or chicken is fully submerged.
- Turn on high heat. Let it blanch (5 mins).
- Place rinsed herbs, blanched chicken. Add salt to taste before serving.
TIPS: recommended to add in fish maw, snow fungus, peach gum.
