Mee Suah or Misua are a very thin variety of salted noodles made from wheat flour. Cooking Mee Suah usually takes less than two minutes in boiling water, suitable to add into soup or stir-fry recipes.
Cooking directions : Prepare boiling stock, add in flour vermicelli and stir for half a minutes. Add garnishing of own choice and serve.
