Serve 3-4 persons
Ingredients: ginseng, honey dates, mandarin peel, raw pumpkin seeds, poria root, conch meat, astragalus, and lotus leaf
Cooking Method:
- After wash and rinse the ingredients. Prepare meats to be blanched in another pot of water before cooking.
- Put all the ingredients into a soup pot and pour 1.5 liter of water. Bring to a boil over high heat about 15-20 minutes, then reduce low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Turn off the heat, and season with salt according to personal taste and enjoy.
TIPS: According to personal needs, meat can be added to enhance the taste (Meat ingredients need to be blanched in another pot of water before cooking). The effectiveness of herbs ingredients will be more efficient.
