Serve 2-3 persons
Ingredients: chinese angelica root, eucommia bark, poria, rehmannia, white peony root, black dates, sichuan lovage, codonopsis root, and other herbal ingredients
Cooking Method:
- After washing the ingredients. Put the ingredients into a soup pot and pour 1 liter of water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Turn off the heat, and season with salt according to personal taste and enjoy.
TIPS: According to personal needs, meat can be added to enhance the taste (Meat ingredients need to be blanched in another pot of water before cooking). The effectiveness of herbs ingredients will be more efficient.
