Thick meat, fresh aroma, with orange-red or brownish red meat. Gives sweet taste for making soup.

Size Approximately: Sizes can range from 170g-190g depending on season. Sizes per cuttlefish will vary from season to season. You may contact us if you'd like to know further. 

Cooking Method:   

  1. Soak in water for 2 hours (depending on size).
  2. Remove the slime and cartilage. Rinse and ready for cooking.

Country of Origin: Hong Kong

Product Storage & Expiry: Keep refrigerated (0-8˚C). To be stored for some time before serving, seal and keep frozen (-18˚C or below).
