Serve 4-5 persons
Ingredients: dragon fish bone, sea coconut, scallop, and bamboo fungus
Cooking Method:
- Prepare the ingredients, remove the skirt and head of the bamboo fungus, cut it off and put it in the last 15 minutes.
- Soak fish bones for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinsed the sea coconut and scallops.
- Cut the pork bones into pieces, and replace the pork ribs. Boil the water once, simmer in 3 bowls of water for 2 hours, and serve out the pot.
- Can add agaricus mushrooms and ginger slices to let the soup more flavor.
TIPS: put the bamboo fungus last, the dragon fish bone contains collagen
