Ingredients: dragon fish bone, sea coconut, scallop, and bamboo fungus

Cooking Method:

  1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the skirt and head of the bamboo fungus, cut it off and put it in the last 15 minutes.                               
  2. Soak fish bones for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinsed the sea coconut and scallops.
  3. Cut the pork bones into pieces, and replace the pork ribs. Boil the water once, simmer in 3 bowls of water for 2 hours, and serve out the pot.
  4. Can add agaricus mushrooms and ginger slices to let the soup more flavor.

TIPS: put the bamboo fungus last, the dragon fish bone contains collagen
