It can be used for stir-fries, soups or spring roll fillings by soaking the rice sticks in hot water until soften.
Cooking Method:
- Soak thoroughly the rice stick in cold water for 15 mins and take them upand drain.
- Boil the rice stick in hot water of flavoured soup for few minutes until it loosened. No need to stir or loosen it on purpose during the process.
- Add meat, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce before being served. (It is also suitable for long hour cook in hot pot / stemaboat)
