Double Swallow Dong Guan Rice Stick 双燕牌东莞米粉 400g

It can be used for stir-fries, soups or spring roll fillings by soaking the rice sticks in hot water until soften.

Cooking Method:

  1. Soak thoroughly the rice stick in cold water for 15 mins and take them upand drain.
  2. Boil the rice stick in hot water of flavoured soup for few minutes until it loosened. No need to stir or loosen it on purpose during the process.
  3. Add meat, vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce before being served. (It is also suitable for long hour cook in hot pot / stemaboat)
