  • Cordycep flower is a type of fungus that is commonly used in oriental dishes due to its nutritional properties. 
  • They are similar to other Chinese mushrooms, that can be steamed, fried, or braised.

  • Taste / Texture: Slight woody scent. They are suitable to be used in any herbal soup / braised dishes / steamed with meat.

  • Preparation: Rinse it under running water and soak it for approximately 10 minutes.
