Bak Kut Teh is made from Chinese high-quality medicinal herbs and fine tea. Simple cooking method. Delicious and nutritious. Suitable for Vegetarian.
Cooking Method:
- Prepare 1.5kg or 2kg of meat, wash and drain.
- Boil 3 bowl of water and put in the pack of soup spices, add on 6 to 8 of garlic gloves and 1.5kg or 2kg of meat.
- boil it about 1h 30min, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, the hot traditional soup spices is ready to serve.
Note: If use slow cooker, cook approx, cook 5 hours for a richer taste
