Canada ginseng is suitable for men, women and children. They are sweet with a mild bitter taste. Ginseng is known in TCM to have the ability to nourish the yin, prevent dryness, benefit the vitality, clear excess heat from the heart and improve the functions of the lungs.
- Tea : Place 3g-5g of ginseng slices into a cup and add in hot water. Steep them for approximately 5 minutes before consuming.
- Soup: Add in some ginseng slices to the pot and simmer with other herbs & ingredients for about 45 minutes.
