This mould is designed to effortlessly shape your dumplings into perfect triangular forms, made to assist new cook to master the skill of wrapping glutinous rice dumplings.
To use the mould, simply place a softened / soaked bamboo leaf on the base of the mould, add your sticky rice mixture and desired fillings, and then fold the leaf or paper to create a tightly wrapped triangle. Gently press the fillings onto the filled triangle to shape it before you tie them.
