Anti-Aging Soup Pack 抗衰老汤包

Serve 4-5 persons

Main Ingredients: white fungus, split lotus seeds, goji berry, tea flower mushroom, china dried sscallop, honey date, chinese yam slices, lily bulb

Cooking Method:                                                                                                  

  1. After soaking the dried white snow fungus overnight to re-hydrate, trim away the yellow root portion. 
  2. In a medium / large thick-bottomed pot, add the snow fungus and water to boil. After water start boiling, reduce the heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.                               
  3. Add in rock sugar and other ingredients in soup pack. You may want to adjust the sugar levels according to your own preference.
  4. Cover and simmer on low heat, and takes 1-2 hours to boil till the soup / snow fungus both turn a light amber color. And is ready to serve.

TIPS: Adding pear is recommended. 8 hours prep time accounts for time needed to soak the dried snow fungus. Active prep time is 5 minutes. 

Product Storage & Expiry: Keep refrigerated. Shelf Life: 1-2months.
