Nyonya Chang 娘惹大粽-原味 (Frozen / 冷冻)

Melaka style Nyonya Chang is made with 10 ingredients.  The filling is packed with flavourful minced pork stir-fried with rempah spices (such as Corriander seeds & black pepper), with chunky winter melon sticks that provide some sweetness to balance out the savory flavour of rempah.

The glutinous rice is dyed with organic blue pea flower, wrapped with bamboo leaves and pandan leaves. This has made the glutinous rice to have a natural refreshing aroma. The chang is wrapped with pandan leaves in it to enhance the taste.

Heating Method:
- Please ensure item is properly thawed before warming up
- Steam: Place chang into a steamer and steam for approximately 15-20 minutes.          

Product Storage & Expiry: 6 months in freezer, 2 weeks in chiller
