Ingredients: Rhizoma Imperatae 茅根, Lugen 卢根, Radix Arnebiae 北紫草, Herba Lophatheri 竹叶, qian ceng zhi 千层纸, Spica Prunellae 夏枯草, Radix et rhizoma Glycyrrhizae 甘草, Flos Chrysanthemi 菊花
Preparation: 清热祛湿茶, water 2.5 liter, sugar or rock sugar.
Cooking Method:
- Wash the herbs first and put them into the pot
- The amount of water added should be 2-3cm above the herbs.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 15 minutes before serving
- If use rice cooker, put all the ingredients into rice cooker and cook for 45 minutes.
