Dragon Bone Superior Soup : Time is essence, slow cooked to perfection.

In this season of Lunar festivities, where family and friends come together, the Dragon Fish Superior Soup takes center stage in our culinary repertoire. Crafted with precision and passion, this soup base is more than just a delightful dish – it's a culinary masterpiece waiting to be explored. Infused with premium ingredients and slow-cooked to perfection, the result is a broth so rich and flavorful that it becomes the heart and soul of any gathering.

Ingredients Needed: 

  • 1 pack x CHH Premium Soup Series: Dragon Bone Superior Soup Pack 
    This soup pack serves 4-5 pax.
  • Chicken Wings (excess skin removed) x 2
  • Pork bone marrow x 1 
  • No salt / sugar needed 

Preparation:

Blanch the meat with scallion, ginger, and cooking wine prior to cooking. It is recommended to slow cook the soup for about 6 hours+ with low heat. 

Dragon Fin Bone 
- To soak overnight if you have time, if not 1-2 hours prior to cooking is fine. 
- Remove the yellow residue on the bottom of the bone so the soup won't be gamey. 

Fish Maw 
- Soak overnight
- Blanch with Ginger, Scallion, Cooking Wine (10 minutes) 
- Cut to smaller pieces before boiling 

Conch Meat
- Soak overnight 
- Cut to smaller slices 

Jin Hua Ham 
- Slice to smaller thin slices. 

Cooking Method: 
                                                                                           

  1. Rinse all the ingredients prior to cooking and soak fish maw and dragon fin bone overnight. In a medium / large thick-bottomed pot, add the soup pack ingredients, meats with your preference, and water to boil.
  2. Once water boiling, reduce the heat to medium low, cover and simmer on low heat for at least 6 hours. No salt / sugar needed for this soup pack.
