Introducing a mouth-watering recipe collaboration between Chai Huat Hin and BRUNO Malaysia! Their modern kitchen appliance, with its retro vibe aesthetic, will make preparing your favourite oriental dishes a breeze, while minimising the hassle of cleaning up.

In this video we made 2 recipes:

1) we made pan-fried stuffed shiitake mushroom, which can also be braised if you prefer! Our secret ingredients that you MUST add are shrimp roe powder and flounder fish powder! These will enhance the umami flavour and leave your taste buds craving more 😋.

2) and a delicious hearty soup featuring aged radish pickle, fresh radish, and delicate cordyceps flowers, cooked to perfection using BRUNO Malaysia’s compact hot plate.

3) 1 - 2 tbsp of Aged Yellow Wine 
4) Fresh White Radish
5) Pickled Aged Radish 
6) Red Dates
