This version of Pork Trotter Vinegar is made specifically for modern adults who are trying to master the skill of cooking. Using minimal ingredients, we made sure the taste is exactly like the traditional method, nobody will know ;) It's filled with ginger aroma coupled with the perfect balance of sweet & sour vinegar. After slow simmering, the meat will slide off the bone leaving you with delicious, moist, tender, and succulent meat.

Ingredients Needed: 

  1. Memori Homemade Black Vinegar
  2. Bentong Ginger
  3. Boiled Eggs
  4. Pork Trotter 
  5. Dry Chilli

Cooking Method:

  1. Cut trotter into small pieces and rinse the pig trotter.
  2. Place them into a pot of water and blanch for about 5 minutes under boiling water. Put aside and drain off scum and water.
  3. Cut the Bentong ginger into smaller pieces and stir fry until they're fragrant with sesame oil.
  4. Add in the pork trotter,  continue stir frying. 
  5. Next, add in the whole bottle of vinegar into the pot and add 200ml of water. Let it sit and stew for 2-3 hours. Please keep the heat low. 
  6. Add in dry chilli and boiled eggs. Let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes. 
  7. Ready to serve!
