Cooking Method:
- You can choose to put the thick rice noodles into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes, remove and drain, add your preference homemade soup to eat.
- Or another method is soak thick rice noodles in cold water for 8-10 hours, then boil in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, add your preference homemade soup after cooking.
