薏米是春夏祛濕及消水腫理想食材,但薏米分生薏米、熟薏米及洋薏米,不是所有薏米均可祛濕。中醫師指三種薏米各有功效,生薏米藥用價值最高,可祛濕清熱,熟薏米則主要用作補脾止瀉,洋薏米因含豐富纖維可改善便秘,但不能祛濕。
