Cooking Method:
- Soak for the vermicelli around 5-10mins (depend on the texture you preference).
- After saute the onions with oil in a hot pan, add shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded carrots, shredded pork, oysters, shrimps, and other ingredients to stir-fry until cooked.
