煲乌梅汤好喝。

 乌梅的酸味可刺激唾液分泌,生津止渴。常用来治疗口渴多饮的消渴(如糖尿病)以及热病口渴、咽干等。

1.将乌梅、甘草和山楂洗净,用煲汤布袋装好,备用;

2.取锅煮水至沸腾,才将布袋置入锅中,改用慢火煲1小时(约剩下2.4公升);

3.投入冰糖和片糖,溶化后,放过夜(待它慢慢出味) ;

4.放进冰箱里,冰冻后才好喝。

材料 》 黑乌梅 50克。甘草 60克。山揸片 40克 。片糖 60克。冰糖 100克
