Cooking Method:
- Boil 2 litre of water.
- Add in 2 packets of King Seng Klang Backstreet Chicken Soup Mix & Spices herb pack (do not open the herb pack), 1kg of meat into the boiling water.
- Simmer for approximately 1 hour under low heat, add salt to taste before serving.
- If you prefer the meat with tender, can be simmer for more 10-15mins.
